Forcing American ILECs to lease out their DSLAM ports and transport DSL traffic to the ISP's datacenter is unheard of in the USA. Even RT customers can get competitor DSL. In the USA you have to install your own RT/DSLAM to get competitor DSL, no exceptions, and ISPs must figure out how to transport traffic from the CO to their data center. |
