| It seems like that's the new trend, but I haven't heard of any plans to cap yet. Buckeye likes to distinguish itself from the competition as much as possible (that being Comcast and AT&T). Comcast already caps and AT&T is now experimenting, so I think that's one selling point that management will be hesitant to give up. Still, there's no denying that it's a future possibility.
