Catch a Snowflake on Your Tongue |
That is beautiful CCat !
I usually just make 4 copies of the image and keep changing the the "Random seed" by 5 points or so. When I'm finished I save the 4 pictures with the snowflakes on them to my desktop as a Paint Shop Pro Image (*psp, *jsl, *pfr, *tub). Open Animation Shop and start the Animation Wizard. I make sure it's set to "Play the Animation Indefinately" and set the "How long do you want each frame to be display at 10. The larger the display number the slower the animation will be.
I think rain and snow are the easiest ways to learn the actual process of making animations. |

| said by jaykaykay :Super job, both of you! I can't imagine being able to do stuff like that. It's really easy to make animated falling snow with the VanderLee Plugins. This is the direct link to Download both the Snowflake and SnowScape plugins/filters, they are both Free. VanDerLee Snowflakes Plugin
This is an excellent tutorial for learning how to use the Snowflakes but I suggest you get the VanderLee Snowflakes Plugin from the direct link above. Adding Snow to Image Tutorial
The link to the Snowflakes Plugin on the tutorial site takes you to a site where you have to dig to get to the vanderlee.com site which is why I posted the direct link.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow! |
