It should do it without breaking a sweat.

The 8800 GTS cards consume at most 130W each. When you SLI them, power consumption doesn't actually double because SLI isn't 100% efficient. But even if we assume it does, and your processor consumes about 100W, you're still well within the 580W limit (on the 12V rail) for your PSU.
