Looking for free 1v1 online gameswith nothing to install...

A few years ago there used to be quite a few places online to play free head to head games online. Like games.com used to have things like battleship, monopoly, sorry and yahtzee. It also had chat built in. I would also need something that doesn't need constant attention since I would need to randomly leave my desk. Just something to pass the time really. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yahoo games have a ton of games like that. Pogo.com has a nice selection as well.

Poke around and look for one or two games you like there.

Does it matter that I am not in the UK?

I don't see why it would matter. It's like why would it matter if someone from the U.K. played on Yahoo Games. Location means nothing unless the host blocks that segment of I.P. addresses for that country. Rarely will anyone do this, it would be stupid of them to do so.

True but in some cases you get limited content if you are not from that country. There are ways around this like using an address in that country when signing up. Just don't want to assume which is why I asked.
