| Smart Zone issues
A friend of mine is having an issue with her smartzone web mail account. When she forwards a message that contains graphics, such as little pictures, the graphics don't get sent with the rest of the message, only the text gets forwarded. join:2004-09-30 Tucson, AZ 2 edits | reply to bbarz2 Go to the old mail location at mailcenter.comcast.net , login and forward any missing mail to yourself. Review your mail handling settings in smartzone. By default unread items and sent items are deleted after defined periods of time. |
