I don't have a Webstar handy, and this is from an old modem where I forgot the -log parameter, however you can still see the log/events. SBV4200 @optonline.net	They dont like us to install apps on peoples pcs and god forbid they give us laptops but those t3s are plant related most of the time bad split in house bad fitting bad cable is the same for plant issues. One loose screw can knock out 400 modems.Dont give up if you call enough times it will be a corp. complaint see how quick it gets fixed.
