|  [trouble] Error with Verizon CGI Scripts
I followed the exact code as provided at »www2.verizon.net/myaccount/manag···nter.asp
which is
At first it worked 
But now I get back the error of
quote:
not create data fle: "\\firebird\Home8\user name\counter"
Note: Where user name, is the user name of my webpage account.
I tested this with Firefox, Safari, and IE.
And mind you, my HTML code is exactly what it was before when the hit counter was working. 
Anyone out there, please help.

| I was looking around the Verizon Website Support forum (they actually have one!) and I noticed other users were reporting the same problem. Here's the thread that I saw just in case it does have any useful info for you.
