Ditto the remark regarding the Verizon DSL tech help. After traversing the hoops to get to a ticket writer, (misnomer to call them techs), this person asked all the same verification info, including my name. When I told her Larry, she asked what relation I am to the account holder. I told her I am the account holder. Then she said that is not the name on the account. I then said Larry and Lawrence are the same, where are you from, (and in a civil voice.) She then hung up. So that was a waste of 10 minutes.
Many of these ticket writers are quite hard to understand, not only because of their accent but because of the poor telephone fidelity. Verizon wastes my time because of this. |
