 | [windows] Importing DVD to iTunes Hey All,
I have a friend with a PC that wants to import her DVDs so she can get them in iTunes and then to her iPod. Does anyone know of a good, easy, free app to do this on a PC?

1 edit | You can but only with a DVD converter. The DVD format is not compatible with an Ipod.
You can try to download a DVD converter from the internet, just try searching for "DVD Converters" or "DVD to iTunes."
DVDFab is good, as well as DVD Ripper. (»www.dvd-tool.com/dvd-itunes.html)
ADDED: You will need to convert DVDs and video into mp4 or h264 format, then add them into iTunes library, then sync to your iPod.
And here's another step-by-step guide: (»www.dvdtoitunes.com/dvd-to-itunes-guide.html) |

 | reply to JerseyDevil Videora is another free app that works very well. It converts the file, saves a copy, and adds it to iTunes automatically. Very simple to use.
