I read the whole sentence, and the whole news item, which was about state laws, not the FCC. Although, the link incorrectly references that the FCC "gutted" the video franchise system, there is nothing to back it up. In fact, that part says the opposite of the assertion. I thought it was a linking error, but maybe its just a misrepresentation. |
