Re: What is Charter's coverage area?

They mostly pick places where they don't have to compete with anything but satellite. That started to change in my area when Verizon released FiOS service in Denton, TX and AT&T released it's U-Verse product in Ft. Worth.

Charter dies when a competitor is introduced.

Rarely to I cheer for a company's painful demise... but I hate Charter with a passion.

This was very recently that they sold those systems.

Wow, I had no idea they were in California.
It has been there for a while for years. I remember them in late 90s and used to work near one of its local offices.

They have sold off a number of areas in the last couple of years. There was a bright-something company that they sold a few areas to earlier this year.

Yep.

TWC would pick up OH, WI and or MN too. That would cover this area. Especially in Ohio they're the largest provider of TV.

Comcast could pick up MI to complete that. BrightHouse also could pick up MI to pull in more since they're in Upper MI.

I was curious about where Charter systems are. Here is a map and a link showing where they do business.
