 [General] verizon call assistant

I recently downloaded verizon call assistant which is now connected to my phone number. I have erased the call assistant by mistake. When I tried to download it again, statement says its already connected but I cannot get the desktop icon or the call assistant. What can I do to retrieve it. Thank you.
