Lag spikes/packet loss ever since the tech came.

I have comcast and I do not have a router. My mom recently called a technician to come take a look at our connection because she thought we were having issues, but it was the sort of thing that could be resolved by resetting the modem. The tech fiddled around with the cable box in my back yard, and did something on my computer. Ever since then I have had lag spikes in games (and also just surfing the web) that last from 1-2 seconds to a minute or two. This has never happened before the tech came a week ago. Here are links to my line tests: »/linequality/nil/2468062, »/linequality/nil/2468066, »/linequality/nil/2468054.

A few months ago when the first technician came to install everything for the first time he mentioned he had some trouble getting my internet working properly. He tried multiple splitters and i remember him mentioning that the signal strength was weak so he had to amplify it to get things working. I'm certain that this last tech that came here messed my connection up. What could he have done to mess things up, and what can I do to fix this? Please help!
