[Need Info] Want to watch Football and News in Europe

My wife is posted to Warsaw, and I'm missing NFL football!

I understand that Slingbox will let me watch US programs remotely. But it's live, not recorded. Is that right?

Anyway, I need a way to 1) record programs in the US, 2) view them over the internet in Poland.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
