| dryloop problem
Hello,
I ordered the dryloop service from DSL Extreme a few months back. I had to leave the country for work and I could not follow up on this. I am now back and my dryloop service is not connected. I looked at my NID and I see no wires labeled dryloop, so I do not know which line to connect to. I've tried all my lines and they all do not work. Please help. |

| reply to gresuz Hi gresuz -
Are you in a multi-tenant complex like and apartment or condo with a shared NID? If so Verizon should tag the line at the NID for you. If they did not properly tag the line we would need to open a ticket with them to have them come out and tag the line for you. Have you opened a ticket with our support team regarding the issue? If not please feel free to send me a PM with your account information and I would be happy to open a ticket on your behalf with our support team.
Thanks -- George General Manager DSL Extreme Will work for reviews. |

I live in a single family home and only have one NID. I have opened a ticket with your support team.
