All I have to say is...THANK GOD FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS!!!! I cancelled my order since I also had problems with my landlord. I ordered service in late April, BA came out in late May, called Northpoint to get inside wiring date, got date for mid of June but had to cancel since I was moving. Tried calling and emailing PSN but to no avail. So I mailed certified letters to PSN and Northpoint requesting cancel. Finally got an email response from PSN saying that they would cancel my order and credit my CC. Well that was about a month ago. So instead of the aggravation I disputed the charge and AMEX is looking into it. Thank God. But get this the next day after I recieved the email from PSN guess what I found on my online statement from AMEX? You guessed it they charged me another month for service that was acknowledged to be cancelled. That tells you something huh? So now another dispute to AMEX. |
