I said it before and I'll say it again. Sprint has VASTLY improved in my area. I get excellemt connectivity and when I needed them they fixed the problems ASAP.

I agree 100%. I've been a long-time Sprint user, and am more than satisfied with their service and pricing structure. I have fewer complaints than my friends and co-workers that are on competing services.
I've been a Centro user since it came out, and am pleased with the little gem. Wonder if I would like the Pre...

I had to install and activate a Spring Broadband card yesterday. It's $70/mo.

The online "Auto Activate" failed.

The number they gave me to call had to options: 1) Activate card 2) All other inquiries.

Pressing 1 resulted in "this call cannot be completed as dialed". Pressed 2, entered the phone number - "this call cannot be completed as dialed". This was on a NEXTEL and on a land based IP phone.

Calling customer service resulted in a 45 minute wait. At the end of that wait he gave us the number above. Told him it didn't work. He said he would transfer and bam - hung up on.

The nextel cell dropped the next two calls - despite having sufficient service. It finally took about a 30 min phone call to finally activate it.

Their customer service department FAILS.
