From what I understand, they are telling you they will switch you to Ultra for $61.95/mo. (probably there will be $3/mo. for modem lease as well) and you have no other Comcast service. Interesting and I have no idea why. If you do get a D3 modem and the D3 service, let us know how it goes and what you end up paying in this thread ---> »Is the DOCSIS 3 rollout complete in your area?
