Slow Downloading with Qwest

Hey everyone, I live in Idaho Falls Idaho, and usually with my qwest I get a reasonable 200kbps download rate, and I like that.
But ever since I changed phone jack ports, it's all went down.
Now I get a measly 40kbps at most.
I don't know what is wrong.
I switched to wireless, and i know that will be slow, and that's what I thought at first, but then I plugged my computer directly into the modem without the wireless router and it was still slow.
Any suggestions?

I would recheck your work and make sure you have the wiring correctly.

Do you have all phones filtered, and NO filter on the DSL? I would suspect either you have a filter on the DSL line or just poor wiring to that jack. SNR readings should be checked.
