[UTAH] Comcast Alternatives

Hello, I am currently looking for an internet alternative to comcast. Right now I am currently subscribed to the 6mb down 1 up plan for 54.95 a month. I pay $3 for a modem lease so my total bill is $58. I am happy with the speed of the comcast, (me and my roommate play WOW alot) so it does good there. Problem is I dont want to pay that much a month.

I was looking at qwest's new "up to 7mbs" for 46.99 but am not sure of the other fee's associated with it. Does anyone have any suggestions ou? Digis came out and they can not install at my house because they do not have a clear view to there antenna. I live out in kearns (5600w area). I dont think utopia is out here or I would go with that. Any advice would be great! Anything else out there besides comcast or am I just stuck? and how is qwest compared to it? and is it really 46.99 a month or do the taxes, fee's, modem lease make it quite a bit more?

You may want to also browse the Qwest forum or ask some questions there. As with any ISP, you'll get good and bad reviews.

You can check on Utopia at www.utopianet.org.
Also look at xmission.com to see what they offer.

Good luck.
