Yeah, it looks like provided they affirm having your forwarded address, the fact they didn't send a itemized deduction from your deposit within 30 days means they are SOL. Send them a certified letter /w receipt and if they don't respond sue them for treble damages in small claims court for wrongly withholding of your deposit.

clubs:		 I know they had it as of September 1st when I turned in my keys. And the letter they sent me today came handwritten to my correct address (with no post office forwarding sticker)...
