I will guess that it is this one. This is the Motorola Netopia 2210-02-1006 modem.

I just recently moved and I have gone from a cable modem to a DSL modem. I have everything plugged in right but I guess the linksys router is programmed to the old modem. Is there a way I can reprogram it to be compatible with the new one?
