 Virgin Speeds

anyone been havin problems with speed last week or so?

i have 10Mb service, but seem to be gettin the stats of a 2mb service!

i have an SB4200 modem, i have tryd the hard reset button on bk, on the modem log did say sumthin bout couldnt update, does vm need 2 send a n update for the modem to get 10mb?

have no router attached!

if anyone can shed some light?? ::

also on the VM service status broadbands red but says no issues;-

Have a chat with cust services. Occasionally, they move bunches of subscribers from one server to another and you can end up with a different service from what you pay for. Not saying this HAS happened here in your case but Either way, Cust serv will sort you out - eventually

BT do the same to my line every couple of months , just ring them up and tell them to give you the speeds you pay for. I get 6.5-7mb in my 8mb line.
