Ok, First, request your access to NX server (SSH or Online PC) by sending an e-mail to support@acanac.com.
(I could not enable it from my access point now)
The access is NOT enabled by default.

tunnel.acanac.net is for the tunnel workaround.
It's all there on the Acanac Forum.

I was able to get on the Online PC earlier today, but cant connect now.
PS: The SSH Tunnel Workaround works fine. |

|  They got it up and working on tunnel, now I just need NX to work instead of timing out.
And for all the people who Bitch and complain, I've had nothing but good service so-far, which is more than I ca say for the 10 years I spent with those other guys. |

EDIT: My test was yesterday. If already works, means everything s fixed - no actions required.
