How to find AOL message boards?

Hello! Can you please tell me how I can find an AOL message board at:

aol://5863:126/mB:415656

My computer only recognizes » !

I use Mozilla, internet explorer, and Netscape.

What does the aol:// mean, and how do I find things that use it?

The message board has alot of important history information that is not available elsewhere. Can you please help?

The aol://5863:126/mB:415656 is the old format address of an AOL message board. They had that type of address format.

As of March 31, the AOL message boards have been "reorganized."

All the old boards are gone, replaced by 5 board categories.

Gone? As in gone forever?

I missed it by less than a month? We are talking about 6000 messages on a rare historical subject from descendants of the Molly Maguires.

Are they just going to trash all the old messages? Isn't there an archive program that can find them?
