| can't access router configuration page
I have a netgear router, wtg624 v.4
that I want to use as an access point, I read all the articles on how to do it.
Now , my problem is that I can't access the configuration settings anymore. I was able to before and then I changed some settings and eveidently didn't logout. Now one desktop hooked to a att 2wire router tells me "it can't find the file specified". Then I try to connect with my wireless laptop, and it says " x is controlling this device".
The way I have things looked up is "laptop wireless to 2 wire router, desktop lan to 2 wire router and netgear router to lan port on 2wire router.
I've hard reset the router and 2wire modem, and left everything off all night. I still can't get into the config page. Running low on battery now, If anyone needs more info let me know. |

Poway, CA | If you reset the router to factory defaults (see the manual regarding how to do this), it should operate just as it did when first taken out of the box. |
