I actually store all my movies/music/pictures/ on the openfiler box and stream my movies to my mac mini that i am using as a media center. Yeah it is overkill lol. |

It can be both, to an extent.
Install a HWIC-4ESW in it and its a 4 port switch along with a router.  |
