For the record, I do not think either of them will be found to have tested positive. But I do not see why Usain Bolt would be more likely than any other medal winner.

I had my GPS on me the fastest I could run before tripping over my feet was 15 mph
I think someone here said bolt was running at something like 15 or 20 meters a sec something like 23 mph? |
