Has anyone purchased anything from www.kanicn.com. I have ordered some goods and now they are not responding to any of my emails - this is after they have recieved the full payment. Any help? |

| It depends on the specifications for merchandise purchases. SOME companies charge you before shipping--even several days before shipping. It's generally not good practice but it's still done and doesn't mean the company is fraudulent. Similarly failing to respond to emails by itself is not abnormal. Again, it's not preferred, but let's face it, some companies just don't provide good email support.
The horrible grammar certainly makes the email about kanicn.com look like part of a scam. My bet is you'll never receive what you ordered.
If you haven't received anything within the period they indicate you should when you placed the order, then contact your credit card company to have the charges reversed. If you by chance sent them payment via western union, then you're probably out of luck and you won't see your merchandise or your money again.

It may be prohibited by some CC companies, but I don't see anything that indicates it's illegal.
"In addition, many credit card issuers have policies against merchants charging a credit card account before shipment. If you think a merchant charged your account prematurely, report it to the credit card issuer. Otherwise, the credit card issuer has no way to know that the merchant is not complying with its policies."

I placed an order with kanicn but doubtful about shipment so I started searching on internet about kanicn delivery and came across your post.
I discussed the scenario with the western union representative and he did not recommend me to transfer.
I would like to know whether you did received your shipment or not?

Even if by chance they ship you a product, it will not be what you think it is. If you have to pay with cash, the chance you will even get a counterfeit product is remote.
All of the goods are cheap counterfeit knock offs made with inferior parts. They are also listing Apple products, which cannot be real. Only authorized sellers can market Apple products. Same with Dell, Sony, etc. All of the electronics are knock offs as well, they are NOT the real products.

As K Patterson notes, both of the above posts were made from an isp in China (ha.cn). That makes them LIARS.
The kanicn.com website lists a 2003 to 2009 copyright, yet as nwrickert notes the domain was just registered last month. That makes them even bigger LIARS.
They send UCE mail blasting advertisements for their websites. That makes them SPAMMERS. NEVER BUY FROM SPAMMERS
They hijack web mail accounts, and spam all the victim's contacts. That makes them HACKERS.
The products that they are claiming to sell are COUNTERFEIT knock offs made with cheap inferior parts. ALL of the above makes them CRIMINALS.
NEVER EVER send money to anyone you do not know via Western Union / MoneyGram. If you do "kiss it goodbye".
