| adsl account change
Has any one changed there User name and Password for the PPOE configuration on there ADSL modem? I'm told but tech support it can not be changed |

1 edit | No, that's one thing that can't be changed.
For one thing your Tunnel servers use DSL Username and Password so that you can use the tunnel.
Edit: I should have explained it's not changeable by the user. |

The PPPoE login remains the same, like customer ID, but if you have particular reason to change it, please explain.
You could send me an IM.
The password could be reset (to another random combination). I will check if the name could be changed.
Note that change involves reviewing other things like your e-mail access, FTP and Online PC (SSH) login and so on.
