[installer] Problems with remote access

We have been remotely accessing cameras and a Crestron control system over wild Blue. In the past 2 weeks my customers systems stopped working. Has anything changed on Wild Blues end. Both the router and IP chicken give us the same IP address as was working before. I noticeds a DNS1 address this time and did not remember seeing that before.

Any suggestions

What is the manufacturer and model of the router?

What is the manufacturer and model of the cameras?

Has the customer been FAPed?

What spot beam is the customer using?

Thanks for your response, I cant seem to get any help from wild blue and dont know where to go.

The router is a linksys wrg54t and the dvr is a speco. This unit use port 100. We also are using an E control program from crestron to reach their automation system port 4174. Everything is forwarded correctly. Ironically I have another customer that is experiencing same problem in Wild blue My only two customers on this serivec.

Do not know wat FAped is and what the spot beam is.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

FAP = Fair Access Policy

FAPed is a slang term for the punishment that WB gives us if we exceed our usage threshold. Video can make the usage rise rapidly. If your customer has been FAPed, the upload and download speeds will be very slow and WB blocks some ports limiting usage to browsing (HTTP port 80) and email. This could be the cause of the problem.

If you give me the ZIP code for the location of the WB system or the name and state of a nearby town that is large enough to be on a map, I can probably determine the spot beam.
