Insight Customer service can be so unhelpful.

I sent and email to Insight Customer Service and noted to them that I had noticed that Insight was carrying Speed Channel HD on channel 969 in both Evansville, IN and Lexington, KY. I asked when they might be adding Speed HD to our local Louisville, Ky lineup. I got a reply simply that Speed Channel HD was not currently available through Insight and that she would forward my request to marketing.

Evidently, they just refuse to discuss programming at all with their customers. She did not even acknowledge that they carried Speed HD in those other markets. Not exactly a warm and fuzzy service.

Trained drones always freak out when they are handed a question they don't know the answer to. ^_^
