Go over to the Teksavvy side of things and have them look at your line stats. Won't cost you a thing and you might get surprised.

They can do a qualify based on your current phone number, but if you have Cogeco VOIP, it might be difficult to do.

I just called Teksavvy they couldnt tell me line stats without me being hooked already to Teksavvy
