Sounds like a provision error. What plan did you upgrade to? Example. I have the same modem and on cable internet as well. My plan is 20mb/2mb. I am provisioned for 22400kbps down and 2240kbps up.

@cox.net		 Thanks korn and phil. Today Cox corrected the provisioning problem.

I paid for 10 mb/2 mb, and today I'm getting about that again.
