Hot and Steamy here in Southern Louisiana. Just how I like it! I will be looking forward to my trip in a few weeks in New York. Sounds like I may have to bring a jacket.

| I would like to point out that its mid June and we are still struggling to break the 60 degree mark here in New York City. We had a bunch of days last week in the 50's again. Did I mention its also rained non-stop for like a week and a half?? I have heard rumors that we are setting up for another "year without a summer", and I really hope thats not the case! |

I just came back from Austin where the temps are much like what you described, and I LOVED it. I consider anything below about 70 to be cold, especially in mid June.

I'm with McS, and I will send you some our Houston hot! Yikes! It's only June and the highs are getting over 90 and into the mid-90's. I don't want another hurricane here, as this area is still trying to get things fixed up after evil Ike hit here last year.
