JK Hopefully you were trying to be funny, because that's nowhere near what I was trying to say. The Windows New Connection Wizard is apparently not creating another broadband connection on his friend's computer - until the existing one is deleted. The logical conclusion would be to delete the existing connection, then run the Wizard again - this time describing the Wildlube parameters.

Some have asked about mixing equipment on the forum here in the past -- it definitely will not work to try and connect a hughsnet modem to wildblue outdoor equipment aimed at the wildblue satellite.
