2 animated reductions please?

would like them around 90 by 90
and they cant be bigger in size than
"Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 35.0 KB (whichever is smaller). "

There wasnt enough room to crop it so it looked good.
I just resized it (a bit shorter now).
Had to drop the colors quite a bit too.
