No Service?

At some point this afternoon both my phone and my wife's phone (ATT Wireless) went to No Service and they have not returned. Calling the 800 number didn't have an option for No Service and the Customer Service Representatives aren't working tonight.

What sort of "service" is that that there isn't a way to report a trouble at night?

Did you try the after hours support number: 1866-801-3600?

I didn't know there even was an after-hours support number. But I'll try it right now ... luckily I have my work landline available ...

YAY! A call to that number and the nice lady was able to quickly get us both back online.

I wonder why that number isn't made more available. I c=checked online and called a couple of other service numbers but no one was working tonight.

But Thank You! I'll be sure to write this one down ...

You're welcome. Glad it was so easy for you to get back up and running.
