[Network] DSL Outage for Past 4 days

Several Customers are affected by DSL outage in area code 770 & 678. No one at At&t seems to have the correct status of the problem since last Friday. The IVR keeps saying that issue will be resolved at 9:22 AM. There is no change in status for the past four (4) days.

We're having some sort of problem (770-389-xxxx), I'm connected just fine, but it seems like the dns servers are only responding everyone once in a while.

Wow. I'm in the same boat-- Stockbridge (678)565- & I called AT&T this morning ~6:30am since I started getting harsh packet loss and DNS failures last night ~10:00pm.

They said there were no reported issues or outages in my area. I was about to go buy a new modem/router to start troubleshooting my internal network. Thanks for saving me some time, money, and grief!
