Metro Detroit Phone Issues

Has anyone else in the Metro Detroit area been experiencing phone problems lately? Such as.

No dial tones (lasts 10-30 minutes)
sometimes pick up phone and get busy signals (lasts 10-30 minutes)
Call a number and it goes to a completely different number.
Phone does not ring, will pick up to make a call and lo and behold someone is on the line.

Rebooting modem fixes issue sometimes.

Any suggestions

At the risk of being called a WOW apologist, or an employee or whatever else they wanna make up, nope. My WOW phone has been working great and hasn't had any of the issues you see.

I get a no dialtone situation about every three months. A modem reset takes care of it.

Remove all phones and devices (Fax machines ...) from the telephone line. Plug a single phone directly into the modem, preferably a corded phone. Do this until you find a faulty device. If all phones work at the modem, try a phone in each wall outlet to see if you have a faulty wall jack. Also, the phone line can only carry so much voltage, if you have too many phones, there won't be enough power for them. Line splitters can also cause the exact issues you have detailed. This will rule out any of your equipment.

Then call customer service for a truck roll.

Only 1 phone plugged directly into modem. It is not cordless. I have tried 3 phones now and still get the same issue, as does a friend of mine who lives down the block from me (roughly 600 feet or less). His stopped doing it about a week ago and that is when mine started. Guess it is time for a house call from WOW
