|  [iPhone] iPhone + Gmai + Picture = wierd
I've had this problem for a long time, but didnt think much of it.. just an annoyance. But now that it's happening to my wife on her iPhone it's starting to bug me..
We both have gMail accounts setup on the iPhones using IMAP.. She's using my old iPhone EDGE 1st Gen and I'm using my new 3GS.. this was happening on my EDGE iPhone when I had it. Before I gave the EDGE to her i did a wipe/restore and new OS 3 install.
Any time either of us sends a photo to anyone from the iphone to someone, we get a copy in our own inbox. this only happens if we email a picture from the phone - messages without photos only go to the SENT items.. but if the message has a pic, it goes to SENT and INBOX..
The "CC me on all messages" option is disabled..
does this happen to anyone else with this configuration? Any idea WTF? |

My gf and I do that very thing all the time, and it doesn't happen to us. Does it still happen when you send a pic from gmail on the web? |

no.. does not happen when using Mail App either..
I'm thinking it has something to do with the IMAP folder settings.. or something.. |

it happens to me, and only started since upgrading to the os3. I haven't figured it out. Even if I reply to an e-mail on my iphone it goes into my inbox. it is annoying. |

The only option is to reset and start over, but I really really do not want to go that route.... |
