Yeah they have learned that if support is in India there are more "accidental contract extensions" and gross misinformation ( I was told by India that I would have DSL access in 6 months almost a year ago, still on dial-up) seems like a smart business move to me.

People will just leave due to continuing poor an lousy service. and I have no qualms about that. To heck with them.

Be it employee's or customers, Bell hates them all equally. Hence, no discrimination

Not to be to rude. but how in the fuck is anyone in india going to know about a customers DSL problems i mean they are half way around the world!. If you want to get rid of a union fire all union employee's hire them back non-unionized. i'm assuming its not that simple, probably isnt. but still back to my main issue. why cant bell hire CANADIANS?
