Yeah they have learned that if support is in India there are more "accidental contract extensions" and gross misinformation ( I was told by India that I would have DSL access in 6 months almost a year ago, still on dial-up) seems like a smart business move to me. |

Not to be to rude. but how in the fuck is anyone in india going to know about a customers DSL problems i mean they are half way around the world!. If you want to get rid of a union fire all union employee's hire them back non-unionized. i'm assuming its not that simple, probably isnt. but still back to my main issue. why cant bell hire CANADIANS? |
