I've switched from Newshosting several years ago and I still receive emails from them. But they send so few (2 a year or so) I don't bother trying to get off their mailing list.
There is a link on the bottom of their emails to "opt-out" for any future emails. -- Dr. Web 5.0 + ThreatFire + Router/SPI |

| Why do you say it's a rip off. It's only $4 more a month for Newshosting. Not that the service is any better, or worse, but $4 a month. I'd hardly say it's a rip off. -- ℜ λ η κ ε ℵ ∃ |

@rr.com | reply to kalone Right on, I use news hosting never had any problems. I tried the astraweb deal for a month, I didn't like the 3rd party billing and encountered more incompletes than on newshosting. |

| reply to fonzbear2000 Astraweb is great, but it's not for everyone. It's west coast, I'm east coast and the 3rd party billing makes it difficult to update credit cards etc. True you can do it but it faster on a service that has it's own credit billing.
And by the way, I never said I used Newshosting. |
