New to Qwest

Having just switched to Qwest DSL from Comcast I am initially not happy. They had my account go live at 5:00 pm and their office closes for the weekend at 6:00 pm. I was able to get up and running but for the life of me I can not get my email program, TheBat, to connect to the pop3 server. I've been doing this stuff for years and this has been a nightmare. My Comcast internet goes dead on Monday and I had planned on informing my contacts of my new "@q.com" email address. Anyone have any suggestions?

What are the pop3 servers you're trying to connect to?

Do they match these? »www.qwest.com/internethelp/QA/em···_qa.html

Q.com accts use hotmail. They don't use a pop3 type server.

The business office might be closed, but tech support is open; they should be able to help.

Yes, the first set in your link as pictured in my attachment.

Edit to update: I called Qwest and we got POP3 working with Outlook Express and now I'm on a mission to get it to work with my email client, TheBat. The bottle neck is the requirement for both incoming and outgoing to be SSL enabled. I can't find any reference to that in my version.

Edit for a further update: I've already left a message on TheBat's website.
