There's been a lot of debate whether or not it's unlimited. Depends who you ask. There have been issues with service over the last year or so. |

| 3web/cia is being purchased/saved by Distributel.
There is still not much visibility on what will really happen in terms of network restructuringm merging or not with existing distributel infrastructure and whether Distributel will have a good relationship with Regoers and Shaw in terms of getting good service for the cable customers. |
