While this is true, it does allow for a documented history open to the public.
So even though they ignore the BBB, the case history is open for all to see, and see how Bell ignores its own customers and an entity acting as an intermediary on behalf of the people. |

The BBB is a scam. If your company gives them money to be a member you are "treated" a certain way. Get it.
Mysterious things happen depending on the amount of money your firm spends. Bell and Rogers are so big and get so much press that the BBB is all but irrelevant. |

H0H 0H0 | Not true ... but they don't have teeth, so they are largely ignored. The only teeth they have is if the firms volunteer to become members of the BBB. Rogers and Bell are NOT members of the BBB. |

| BBB is first and foremost a business. Follow the money. Often members only sign up to counter negative reviews.
As an institution there used to be a more accurate portrayal of member companies. This has been usurped by profit and even corporate survival.
Sad, but reality, in the age of Internets. |

Actually, a 'ZZZ' rating ! 
...Which itself could be interpreted 2 ways :
Either as a 'Triple Z' rating,
Or, by recognizing 'ZZZ' as being a snoring sound, implying that Bell is frequently ''Asleep at the SWITCH !'' (Uh-Oh, Bonus Pun Alert !)
