| Help with installing optimum
So i just had an appointment to install optimum online and voice today after changing from verizon. The deal is the technician came and check for wirings on the side of the building(i live in an 2 story apartment) and he said those are only time warner wires so i cant recieve it here. He also hasnt check the roof yet since my neighbor is at work and you can only reach the roof from his side. I called back to cablevision and the lady told me i should be able to recieve it both optimum service.
The question is who is correct and between i'm still waiting for the guy to come back. |

yeah i just called time warner and they said it was a time warner area. Aww shuck i was hope to get optimum since their price and speed was the cheapest and fastest. I guess i've give them another call to see what they do about it.
edit: i gave cablevision another call and no luck i guess i'm stuck with dsl till fios reach my area =( |

| maybe you should push this issue.
it's actually illegal now in nyc for cable companies to have monopolies on neighborhoods.
so if CV agreed to service you, there should be nothing stopping them.

If they are not in the cablevision service area they can not get cablevision only few areas do cablevision and timewarner cross each other in brooklyn |
