How to test WISP bottleneck?

Hello.

I would like to test my router and modem to find out how is the bottleneck of my WISP behaving.

Are there any tips on how to do such a test? Test connections, latency, response, etc...

What would I need to perform these test.

Thanks in advanced for your help.
