Tombstone, AZ | Look at the top of the control panel there is a restart button. or just unplug it and plug it back in.

Or do it the correct way, and restart with the user interface. Open a browser, type 192.168.0.1 in the address line and press enter. This will open the top level of the modem use interface. The restart hyperlink should be in the upper right corner
